Terms and Condition of sales

• AMC aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchasing. 
• You can send back your product to us within 14 days of purchase for any reason and we will refund you if it’s still in the condition it arrived to you in with original packaging. 
• If for some reason you receive a faulty product or it has a manufacturing defect, or its simply broken that is not due to misuse (example: using your hoodie as a sledge), we will replace the product. However there are some terms and conditions:

1. AMC does not cover normal wear and tear on the product.
2. AMC do not cover the result of hard bails on rails, snags on trees, or tumbles over sticks and stones.
3. AMC do not cover defect due to improper fit. 
4. AMC do not cover defect resulting from improper washing, drying, and/or detergents. 

If you have any claims due to manufacturer defect, we will arrange to have your gear repaired or replaced without charge. We will do everything in our power to have your repair or exchange turned around in less than 2 weeks. All that we ask is that the customer pays to ship the items to us. For your protection we recommend all customers use a tracking method for shipping all returns. 

Warrenty 

Its pritty simple, there cloths, we make them to the best quality possible with as much effort going into functional design as fashion. All of our garments go through quality controle by us in the UK. However if we do mis something thats a manufacturing defect it goes in the recycle pile so If you do recive a faulty product, send it back to us at:

We will also need proof of purchase as we will only cover manufacturing defects for 6 months. Thats enought time to notice its missing a pocket or something. 

General

• All our products are manufactured and delivered with as little environmental impact as we can make. 
• AMC ensures the quality and accuracy of information provided on their website.
• AMC assumes no responsibility for misinterpretation of Pre-order information.
• All pre-orders are cash transactions to AMC Development.  These transactions are an advance payment to reserve the advertised product only.
  
• Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping to customers by November 1st.
